Stichting Care4Bones

The purpose of CARE4BONES is to promote quality of life for people with rare bone diseases. We have started with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI). From 2024 onwards we have included other rare bone diseases.

We achieve this by

1. providing an innovative space for networking within and across two communities: the worldwide patient community affected by rare bone conditions and the associated professional community of healthcare providers and researchers in the very widest sense.
2. supporting knowledge sharing 
3. making collaboration on research projects easy to make a positive impact to quality of life.

Because we focus on rare bone conditions and many bone related conditions are very complex, working together across the globe makes sense. It allows us to share knowledge and learn from each other which is necessary to advance our knowledge, find better solutions and support each other more effectively.
